A Personal Note from Velvet. . .

What an amazing God we have.  Every time I call on Him, He has heard my prayer and walked with me every step of the way.  Life is full of choices and Jesus Christ is there to help us make the right one's as we seek after Him  There have been times when I have wondered if I should just give up having faith.  But as soon as I begin to ponder on what life would be without God, I know that the road without Him would be much more difficult and my heart is reminded of His faithfulness to me and I continue to be strong, holding on to the One who has never let me down. Jesus gave His life that I would have a destiny, how much more love can I expect or even receive than that?  I know one thing for sure and that is I have determined in my heart to make it to heaven. There is nothing this world can offer that can satisfy our soul, except the love of Christ.  He is the one true God and there is no one above Him!  For every situation and for every burden we bare, God is more than able to handle it.  Allow yourself to be wrapped up in the love of Christ this very day.  Reach out to Him and talk to Him. He desires to have a relationship with you and you will find answers to all your uncertainties. He really is as close as the mention of His name.
